Kherson attack: Prosecutor's office reports four injured
At least four residents of Kherson city were injured in a Russian attack.
"At least four city residents were injured, two of them – as a result of a targeted strike on an apartment block. The data on the victims are being clarified," the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was started into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation data, around 11:20 on July 2, the Russian troops shelled one of Kherson's residential neighborhoods from the temporarily occupied territory of the region.
Civilian infrastructure objects were damaged by debris.
Prosecutors and police investigators carry out the necessary investigative actions.
As reported, the Russian army shelled Kherson on July 2. A pharmacy, a café, and an apartment block came under enemy fire.
