Tractor driver injured in mine blast in Kherson region

A tractor driver was injured during field works in the Kherson region’s Posad-Pokrovske, following the blast of an explosive device that had been left by Russian invaders.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As the explosive item detonated, a 48-year-old man suffered a contusion and received injuries to his face, chest and hands,” the report states.

The man received first aid at the scene and refused hospitalization.

Regional authorities urge local residents to avoid the areas that have not yet been inspected by explosives experts, mainly fields, dirt roads, woods, coasts, etc.
