Shelling of Pervomayskyi in Kharkiv region: 16 injured, including seven children
The number of injured as a result of the shelling of Pervomaiske in the Kharkiv region has reached 16 people, including seven children.
This was reported on Telegram by the Kharkiv regional police, according to Ukrinform.
"Preliminary, 16 people were injured, including seven children. The youngest child is one year old. The victims were taken to a medical facility," the statement reads.
According to police, a high-rise building was damaged and cars caught fire.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As reported, around 13:35 on July 4, Russians shelled the town of Pervomaisky with a high-explosive shell. As of 2 p.m., 12 people were reported injured.
