Missile attack on Lviv: youngest victim 21, oldest 95

The youngest victim of a nighttime missile attack on Lviv was 21 years old, the oldest was 95, and she survived World War II.

Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The youngest girl who was killed by a missile in her apartment in Lviv last night was only 21... The oldest victim was 95. The woman survived the Second World War, but unfortunately, she did not survive ruscism," the statement reads.

Kozytskyi reminded that rescuers continue to dismantle the rubble because there may still be people under it.

The head of the regional administration informed that one substation in Lviv was damaged, leaving 150 subscribers without electricity.

According to him, more than 30 houses, more than 250 apartments, ten dormitories, an orphanage, two universities and a sanatorium school were damaged. This is the most destructive attack on civilians in Lviv region since the beginning of the full-scale war.

"There is a shelter next to the house that was hit by the missile. It is in good condition and was open during the alert. But only five people from the whole house were in the shelter. It's very unfortunate," said Kozytskyi.

As Ukrinform reported, on the night of July 6, Russians fired ten Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea, seven of which were shot down by the Ukrainian Air Force. In Lviv, at least four people were killed and 37 others were injured due to a missile hit.
