Russians shell Sumy with Shaheds at night - health center hit

Last night, the Russian military attacked Sumy with three Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicles, hitting the building of an out-of-school recreation center.

The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Tonight, around 01:30, Sumy was attacked by three Shahed 136 UAVs. One of them was shot down, the other was shot down by the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the message says.

According to the RMA, the third Shahed hit the building of an out-of-school recreation center. The building was damaged and a fire broke out.

An ambulance crew helped the nurse of the institution.

The fire has been extinguished, and the SES and police are working at the scene.

As reported by Ukrinform, at night on July 20, explosions were heard in Sumy during an air raid alert.
