Dnipropetrovsk region struck with Russian heavy artillery, power grids damaged
Russian troops have attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with heavy artillery. As a result, power transmission lines were damaged.
The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Lysak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Today, the enemy has twice attacked the Nikopol district. The Marhanets community and the city of Nikopol were struck with heavy artillery. The city suffered the most,” Lysak wrote.
Twelve detached houses and six household buildings were damaged, as well as power transmission lines and a greenhouse. Three cars were hit and one destroyed completely. A fire broke out, but rescuers extinguished it.
Additionally, Russian invaders shelled the Synelnykove district’s Velykomykhailivka community. A power transmission line was seriously damaged there.
