Russian drone drops explosive on Sumy region’s Seredyna-Buda, civilians injured
Russian troops have used a drone to drop an explosive on the downtown area in the Sumy region’s city of Seredyna-Buda. Two civilians were injured.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to the investigation data, around 02:30 p.m., July 22, 2023, Russian invaders dropped an explosive on downtown Seredyna-Buda, using a drone.
Following the enemy attack, two civilians, who were standing near a local ‘point of invincibility’ [a special shelter organized by local authorities, where citizens are provided with basic services during power outages – Ed.], were injured. One of them was providing access to the shelter, and the other was passing by on a bicycle.
A pre-trial investigation was launched for the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
