Russia’s overnight attack on Odesa: 40 buildings damaged, 5 kindergartens among them
More than 40 buildings were damaged in Russia’s missile attack on the city of Odesa last night.
The relevant statement was made by Odesa City Council on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Over 40 buildings were seriously damaged in Odesa, following the overnight attack. Municipal services are working across all locations,” the report states.

According to the data from Head of the Education Department Olena Buinevych, five Odesa-based pre-school facilities were hit.
A reminder that, on the night of July 23, 2023, Russia fired at least five types of missiles at the Odesa region: Kalibr, Oniks, Kh-22, Iskander-K and Iskander-M. As a result, one person was reported killed and 22 injured, including four children.
