One killed, nine injured in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region

One civilian has been killed and nine injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On July 26, 2023, Russians killed one civilian in the Donetsk region, namely in Zalizne. Nine more people were injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.

Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.

A reminder that, on July 26, 2023, Russian troops launched 49 missile strikes and 37 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) over 63 times.
