Russian army shells Nikopol with heavy artillery

In the afternoon, the Russian army shelled Nikopol with heavy artillery. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"This afternoon, the aggressor was "watering" (shelling - ed.) Nikopol region with fire. He hit the district center with heavy artillery. People were not hurt. And this is the main thing," Lysak wrote. 

The head of the military administration added that rescuers are currently investigating the consequences of the shelling.

As Ukrinform reported, on July 30, Russian troops fired on Dnipropetrovsk region. The aggressor fired four times at night. They hit Nikopol, Marhanets, and Myrove communities.
