House catches fire in Kyiv region as result of drone attack, shrapnel damages roof of store

In the Kyiv region, in one of the settlements, a fire broke out in a private house as a result of a night attack by enemy drones, and the roof of a store was damaged by debris.

Ruslan Kravchenko, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The Russian enemy has once again launched an attack. Last night the air raid lasted more than 3 hours. The occupants attacked the region with Shaheds," noted Kravchenko.

At night, Air Defense was active in the Kyiv region. Enemy targets were shot down.

No hits were recorded. According to the latest information, there were no casualties.

"However, due to the fall of debris in one of the settlements, a private house caught fire, damaging the garage, the surrounding area and a car. The fire was quickly extinguished. In another settlement, debris damaged the roof of a shop," Kravchenko said.

The consequences are currently being eliminated. The owners of the damaged facilities will be provided with the necessary assistance.

Operational services continue to work on fixing the consequences of the attack.

As reported, that night, groups of enemy drones approached Kyiv simultaneously from several directions. However, Air Defense Forces detected and destroyed all air targets - more than ten drones.
