New damage discovered in Kyiv region as result of nighttime drone attack

In Kyiv region, a total of four residential buildings were damaged by enemy drones at night.

Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"The number of damaged houses in the Kyiv region has increased as a result of a night attack by Russians. Currently, four residential buildings have been damaged by falling debris," Kravchenko said.

According to the head of the military operations center, during the day, the operational services continued to record the consequences of the enemy attack with Shahed drones. As a result, no hits were detected, and there were no casualties.

At the same time, damage was found in three more residential buildings. They are minor - the roof, walls, and facades.

In one of the health centers in the region, the wave smashed windows and partially destroyed the roof. Two cars and two non-residential buildings were also damaged.

The work to eliminate the consequences of another attack by Russian troops continues. According to Kravchenko, the owners of the damaged facilities are being provided with prompt assistance.

As Ukrinform reported, as of the morning of August 2, it was known that a private house in Kyiv region had caught fire as a result of a nighttime attack by enemy drones, as well as damage to the garage, the surrounding area, and a car.

There were also reports of shrapnel damage to the roof of a store.
