Enemy attacks Nikopol district: Car repair shop, school, houses struck with artillery
Russian troops have attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region’s Nikopol district. A car repair shop was seriously damaged, as well as a sports school and other civilian objects.
The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Lysak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Over the past day, Russian troops have shelled the [Nikopol] district four times. More than a dozen of projectiles targeted the city of Nikopol. A garage caught fire,” Lysak wrote, adding that the building was destroyed in fire.
A car repair shop and a sports school were damaged in the city. Seven detached houses were hit, as well as two household buildings, two gas pipelines, and several power transmission lines.
