"The Bakhmut sector remains behind us - our defense forces hold the initiative. The enemy is desperately offering resistance, including using all types of artillery -- from mortars to multiple rocket launchers. In the last 24 hours, they attacked our positions 508 times. There were six air raids and 16 clashes during which 65 occupiers were destroyed, 120 wounded and three captured. An enemy tank, a self-propelled artillery piece, a gun, a field ammunition depot and five trucks were destroyed," Cherevatyi said.

According to him, the enemy's communications node was also destroyed.
