In Luhansk region, invaders mobilize prisoners forcibly

In the prisons of the so-called 'Luhansk People's Republic', Russian invaders have begun forced preparations to send prisoners to the front.

The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"The lists of those who are eligible have already been sent to the Russians. Almost everyone will be sent to the front, except for the seriously ill and certain categories of prisoners," the statement reads.

According to the RMA, in the cities that were temporarily occupied last year, the money is received mainly by those who are entitled to at least some social benefits. According to the invaders, the Russians saved money on the promised compensation for destroyed housing.

To prevent the local population from waiting for these funds, they decided to complicate even the procedure of submitting documents. The RMA noted that in Rubizhne, they accept applications only twice a week and only for four hours.

"People queue up at 4 a.m. But before that, you need to collect a number of certificates, each of which also takes a week or two to make. For some reason, a package of copies needs to be given to two different institutions, which means standing in two different endless lines," the Luhansk RMA noted.
