Rescuers show how they demine water bodies using drones
Training dedicated to detection and removal of explosive objects from the bottom of water bodies using special drones was conducted in Kherson region.
As the Kherson Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram, the enemy densely mined the territory of the region, in particular the water areas. Specialists of the State Emergency Service constantly conduct training to improve their demining skills and capabilities.
"Yet another round of training was dedicated to detection and removal of explosive objects from the bottom of water bodies with the use of special drones," the report says.
In total, sappers have inspected 70,127.2 ha of territories in de-occupied Kherson region, including 59,760.3 ha of agricultural land. More than 91,500 explosive devices have been identified and defused in these territories.
