Russian losses in Zaporizhzhia region growing, wounded brought to civilian hospitals

The enemy continues to suffer losses in Zaporizhzhia direction and sets up hospitals for wounded soldiers in the healthcare facilities of Berdiansk and Melitopol.

"The enemy has been setting up hospitals in our social facilities for almost a year. The number of their casualties – killed and wounded – is constantly growing, especially in Zaporizhzhia front line, so they capture new facilities almost every week – schools, kindergartens They lack all this infrastructure and, therefore, they use our healthcare infrastructure which served the civilian population," Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov said during the United News telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to him, there are hospitals that treat civilians only in Melitopol and Berdiansk. However, it is impossible to get there without a Russian passport. Instead, the enemy brings its wounded to these hospitals massively.

In addition, enemy mobile crematoria began to work around the clock in these towns.

"It used to work in the port area in Berdiansk, and now it was transferred to the north of the town – to the airport area," Fedorov added.

As for the holiday season, there are almost no vacationers in Melitopol or Berdiansk. The enemy accommodates its personnel on captured recreation bases, turning the Sea of Azov coast into a military base.
