Authorities plan to forcibly evacuate 388 children from Donetsk region

A total of 388 children and their families need to be forcibly evacuated from the hottest spots in Donetsk region.

"As for the children who remain, only the parents make decisions about them. And if we understand that, unfortunately, such a decision will not be made by the parents, we make a decision by the regional commission of technological and ecological safety and emergency situations according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers and evacuate the children with their parents in a forced manner. We have 388 such children: in part of Bakhmut and Kramatorsk districts," said Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko, the Administration posted on Telegram.

He added that all children from foster homes were already taken to safer regions of Ukraine.
