Two civilians injured enemy shelling of Kherson region
Two civilians were injured in Russian shelling of Kherson region on August 15. An investigation has been launched.
That’s according to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, Ukrinform reports.
"A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war," the report says.
According to the investigation, on August 15, Russian troops shelled the city of Kherson and populated settlements of the region.
According to preliminary information, the enemy used artillery and dropped aerial bombs on peaceful settlements.
As a result of the shelling, a 29-year-old resident of the regional center and a 71-year-old resident of Bilozerka community were injured.
Private houses, farm buildings and motor vehicles were damaged.
As reported by Ukrinform, on August 15, the enemy shelled the village of Novodmytrivka in Kherson region, a 71-year-old man was injured, damage was caused.
