Residents of occupied Lysychansk denied compensation for damaged housing
In the temporarily occupied Lysychansk, Russian invaders refuse to provide compensation for damaged housing.
The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
According to the RMA, "the occupation authorities of the so-called LPR reported that accreditation certificates issued to media representatives by other election commissions, including the Russian Central Election Commission, will not be valid during the elections in the LPR. The electoral process will be as close as possible, even for 'their own' - only the "LPR election committee" can accredit whomever it wants.
The massive outrage of Lysychansk residents against the actions of the invaders is restrained solely by the lack of communication and the Internet, as well as fear of the Russian military, the RMA emphasized. The city has been occupied for more than a year, but the Russians do almost nothing there. The locals have not even waited for the demonstrative restoration of new windows or doors.
"They say that many people are forced to look for a place to spend the winter for the second time if they do not replace the windows at their own expense. The occupation administration pretends that they have not heard about any compensation for damaged or destroyed housing," the regional administration emphasized.
As reported, in the temporarily occupied Starobilsk, in the Luhansk region, Russians obliged all employees of enterprises to register for military service.
