Syrskyi shows Ukrainians destroying Russian stronghold in Bakhmut sector

Ukrainian Ground Forces Commander, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi has released footage showing Ukrainian fighters from the 22nd Mechanized Brigade using a 2S-1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun to destroy a Russian stronghold in the Bakhmut sector.

Syrskyi published the video on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"Bakhmut direction. The 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is destroying the Russians with a 2S-1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun," he wrote.

According to him, aerial reconnaissance discovered a stronghold of the invaders who attempted to disguise their positions in a forest. However, Ukrainian gunners have already received the coordinates, he said.

"In a few minutes, the Russians were sent to a Kobzon concert with well-aimed shots," Syrskyi added.
