In Kupiansk direction, National Guard destroy Russian subversive reconnaissance group by remote detonation
On August 16, National Guard aerial reconnaissance aircraft detected and destroyed a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group that was trying to cross the Kupiansk direction.
Artem Lysohor, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Last night, an enemy subversive group attempted to mine the front edge of one of the positions of the 32nd National Guard regiment to create conditions for further offensive. However, an aerial reconnaissance unit detected the subversive group in time and destroyed it using remote detonation. Enemy losses amounted to up to ten people," noted Lysohor.
As reported, the National Guard's demining teams surveyed 276 hectares of land and defused 110 explosive devices last week.
