Reznikov thanks U.S., Denmark, Netherlands for F-16s for Ukraine

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov has confirmed that Denmark and the Netherlands are ready to provide Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets after pilot training is completed.

According to Ukrinform, Reznikov reported this on the X social media platform.

"Great news from our friends in the United States! There is a green light for the Netherlands and Denmark to deliver F-16s to Ukraine after our pilots complete their training," Reznikov wrote.

According to him, Ukraine proved that "the impossible is indeed possible."

"Our military has proven it is filled with fast learners. We will soon prove that Ukraine's victory is inevitable," he said.

Reznikov also thanked partners and friends in the United States, the Netherlands and Denmark. "Onward to Victory," he concluded.

Dutch Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra earlier confirmed that the Netherlands had received approval from the United States for the transfer of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
