Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to 259,630

From February 24, 2022 to August 25, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 259,630 Russian military personnel, including 470 soldiers over the past day.

This is stated in the report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published on Facebook.

Moreover, the Ukrainian troops destroyed 4,378 (+3 over the past day) enemy tanks, 8,521 (+10) armored combat vehicles, 5,361 (+28) artillery systems, 724 (+1) MLRS, 495 (+1) air defense systems, 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,356 (+12) operational-tactical UAVs, 1,409 (+3) cruise missiles, 18 ships/boats, 7,790 (+17) vehicles and fuel tanks, 802 (+1) special equipment units.

As reported, over the past day, the aviation of the defense forces launched a strike on an enemy command post, 13 more strikes on personnel concentration areas, and three strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems.

Missile and artillery units hit two enemy command posts, two areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, five artillery systems on firing positions, an air defense system, an ammunition depot, and an electronic warfare system.
