Commander Syrskyi visits military on front, presents state awards

Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi has visited the Ukrainian military who are completing tasks on the front.

The relevant statement was made by Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“I have visisted our warriors who are completing tasks on the front line. The 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, the 5th Separate Assault Brigade, the Liut [Fury] Brigade, the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade. Together with commanders, we have planned further actions, discussed solutions to problematic issues,” Syrskyi wrote.

In his words, the most competent warriors received state awards.

“I am proud to have the honor of commanding such heroes. I am confident in our victory. Thank you for your service, everyone. We will continue to ruthlessly destroy the enemy and bring back our lands,” Syrskyi stressed.

A reminder that Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi stated earlier that Ukraine’s Defense Forces were gradually advancing in the Bakhmut sector despite Russia’s attempts to regain its lost positions.
