Ukraine’s defense forces eliminated 980 invaders in past day

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 293,830 Russian invaders in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to October 22, 2023, including 980 invaders in the past day alone.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The Ukrainian defenders have also destroyed 5,081 enemy tanks (+18 in the past day), 9,631 armored combat vehicles (+19), 7,032 artillery systems (+15), 825 multiple launch rocket systems (+3), 549 air defense systems (+1), 320 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 5,339 unmanned aerial vehicles (+9), 1,535 cruise missiles, 20 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 9,404 motor vehicles (+13), and 991 special equipment units (+1).

The data are being updated.

As reported by Ukrinform, more than 80 combat clashes have taken place along the frontline in the past 24 hours. Ukraine’s Air Force launched 12 strikes targeting enemy manpower clusters.
