Ukrainian Red Cross hands over products to residents of Kherson city, six villages
The Ukrainian Red Cross handed over the World Food Programme food kits to residents of Kherson city and six villages of Kherson region.
"This time, residents of Kherson, Kizomys, Veletenske, Berehove, Dniprovske, Yantarne and Honcharne received food kits from the World Food Programme," the Kherson Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram.
The Administration noted that these settlements suffered daily from Russian shelling, so people needed constant support. Therefore, despite the danger to themselves, the volunteers of this charitable organization come to the aid of Kherson region residents.
As reported, Kherson region is constantly under Russian fire, the enemy kills and injures civilians every day, destroys residential and administrative buildings, hospitals, schools and other infrastructural and civilian facilities in the region.
