Medical care not provided to people in occupied territories of Kherson region without Russian passport
In the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, people cannot receive proper medical care without a Russian mandatory health insurance policy which requires a Russian passport.
"Forced passportization in action. The occupation administration announced its decision to open additional points for issuing mandatory health insurance policies. Now they can also be issued directly in the hospitals of the occupied communities of Kherson region," First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevskyi posted on Facebook.
He emphasized that without having a health insurance policy, people cannot get proper medical care. That is, the Russians created such conditions when a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation must be presented when issuing this policy. Sobolevskyi pointed to yet another "round" of coercion to take a bloody passport in order to survive, and our people should take this step.
As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the right-bank part of Kherson region, in particular the city of Kherson, in autumn 2022. Part of the region, located on the left bank of the Dnipro River, is temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
