Stefanchuk awards military in Kharkiv region with Verkhovna Rada honors

During a visit to the Kharkiv region, Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk met with the military serving at the front lines and handed them Verkhovna Rada awards.

Stefanchuk posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reported.

"I visited the Ukrainian soldiers who are defending the Ukrainian land close to the enemy and protecting the Ukrainian people. I talked to the soldiers on the front lines. First of all, I focused on the operational situation, the progress` of combat operations, and the immediate needs of the soldiers. I was honored to present the awards of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine," he wrote.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada thanked the servicemen for their daily heroism, courage, and bravery.

As reported, the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, visited the servicemen performing combat missions in the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational and strategic group of troops and presented them with awards.
