National Guard captures Russian serviceman in Zaporizhzhia direction
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, National Guard soldiers used attack drones to damage enemy equipment and take a Russian soldier prisoner.
The National Guard's press service reported this, according to Ukrinform.
"In the Zaporizhzhia direction, aerial reconnaissance men of the 3rd brigade of operational assignment Spartan NSU destroyed a group of occupants, damaged Russian equipment, and replenished the exchange fund, all in almost half a day," the statement said.
The servicemen detected an enemy group moving on the battlefield toward the Guards' positions. After identifying the targets, the FPV drones launched several strikes against the invaders.
After that, to complete the successful aerial assault, two guardsmen of the 3rd brigade of operational assignment Spartan NSU moved in to clear the area and found a wounded invader on the spot, who will replenish the exchange fund.
As reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have eliminated about 381,370 Russian invaders since February 24, 2022.
