"Due to the constant Russian hostile shelling in Kherson, almost every second residential building was left without windows. The relevant services and utility companies are working at the hit sites, recording the consequences of the attacks and covering the broken windows with OSB plates," Mrochko wrote.
According to him, in three days, employees of the Kherson utility covered more than 250 windows in high-rise buildings with OSB plates.
As reported, Russian troops fired 102 times at the Kherson region yesterday, killing one person and injuring two others.
