Enemy attacks Nikopol district seven times with kamikaze drones, destruction reported

Russian attack drones attacked the Nikopol district of the Dnipro region seven times during the day.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reported.

"During the day, the territory of the Nikopol district was attacked seven times by enemy kamikaze drones. The aggressor also opened fire from heavy artillery," the statement reads.

Nikopol and the settlements of the Marhanets community were targeted. Two private houses, a garage, and an outbuilding were damaged.

"We have updated information about the enemy's missile shot down in the Dniprovskyi district. Its fragments damaged a couple of houses, a summer kitchen, and a car. People are unharmed everywhere," noted Lysak.

He noted that the air alert is ongoing in the region and called for safety.

As reported, on January 28, the Air Defense Forces destroyed an enemy missile over the Dnipro region.
