Russian army attacks 15 settlements in Kherson region in past day
Russian troops shelled 15 settlements in Ukraine's southern Kherson region on Sunday, June 2.
Regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.
Enemy attacks hit Tokarivka, Dudchany, Antonivka, Kizomys, Beryslav, Novokairy, Ivanivka, Inhulets, Olhivka, Tiahynka, Novotiahynka, Berehove, Inzhenerne, Poniativka and Kherson.
The Russians struck the Beryslav and Kherson districts with guided aerial bombs.
The invaders hit residential areas in the region's towns and villages, damaging seven private houses. A medical facility, a gas pipeline and a private car were also struck.
No civilian casualties were recorded, Prokudin said.
