Ukrainian border guards destroyed Russian engineering equipment near Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region using an FPV drone.

"Aerial reconnaissance of the Donetsk border guard detachment reveals and thwarts the enemy's plans to reinforce their positions in the Vovchansk sector," reads a report published on the website of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military recently thwarted an attempt by Russian forces to transfer engineering equipment to their positions.

"The enemy target was detected and destroyed on a field road by an accurate hit from an FPV drone," the border guards said.

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian army’s combat losses in Ukraine since February 24, 2022 have reached about 511,130 troops.
