Since 2014, at least 790 children killed in Ukraine due to Russian aggression

Since 2014, Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine has left at least 790 children dead.

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets said this in a post on Telegram on June 4, the Day of Remembrance of Children who died as a result of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.

According to Lubinets, "since 2014, at least 790 children have been killed as a result of Russia's war against Ukraine. These are 790 killed universes and grieving families."

The Ombudsman underscored that each such tragedy serves as further evidence of the genocide against the Ukrainian people, and the international community must take action to hold Russia accountable for the killing of children and to prevent further victims.
