Fire broke out at infrastructure facility in Khmelnytsky region as result of Russian attack

On the night of 6 June, the Air Defence Forces shot down a Russian Shahed drone over the Khmelnytsky region.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Tyurin, in a Telegram message.

"Last night, our air defence forces shot down one enemy Shahed. In addition, as a result of the attack, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility in one of the region's settlements. All relevant services are working, and our rescuers are extinguishing the fire," the statement said.

No one was injured or killed.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, a missile attack on the night of 30 May damaged energy facilities in Khmelnytsky region. In the morning, 500 consumers were left without electricity.
