Ukrainian forces destroy three UAVs over Dnipropetrovsk region

On the night of June 7, the Ukrainian air defense forces shot down three Russian drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"At night, our defenders destroyed three Shaheds over the region: two in the Dniprovskyi and one in the Kryvyi Rih district," informed Lysak.

According to him, Russian troops do not stop attacking the Nikopol district, using both artillery and kamikaze drones. In particular, the enemy once again shelled Nikopol in the evening.

Two women, aged 70 and 61, were injured in the shelling. They are being treated on an outpatient basis.

In addition, fires broke out in the town. More than ten private houses and one garage were damaged. Two outbuildings were destroyed and 10 were damaged. Several cars were destroyed or damaged. Power lines were also affected.

In addition to Nikopol, Russian troops shelled the Myrove and Marhanets communities. No people were injured there.

As Ukrinform reported, on June 6, the enemy shelling of the Nikopol district injured two men and an elderly woman and damaged eight residential buildings.
