Woman injured during shelling in Poltava region dies in hospital
On Saturday, 8 June, a woman who was injured in the shelling of Poltava region the day before died in hospital.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the regional military administration, Philip Pronin, said this in a Telegram message.
"Unfortunately, the woman who was rescued from the rubble yesterday has died. Doctors fought for her life until the last minute," he wrote.
Pronin expressed his sincere condolences to her family and friends.
As Ukrinform reported, the Russian army shelled civilian infrastructure in Poltava region. The head of the Poltava regional military administration, Philip Pronin, said that a woman had been rescued from the rubble of a destroyed house and was hospitalised in serious condition.
