Strike on Khotimlya in Kharkiv region: one killed, two wounded
In the village of Khotimlya, Kharkiv region, a man was killed and two women were injured as a result of shelling.
This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"According to the investigation, on 8 June at about 15:45, Russian servicemen fired on the village of Khotimlya, Chuhuiv district... A man was killed. Two women, aged 35 and 43, were injured," the statement said.
The prosecutor's office added that the shelling damaged an educational institution, residential buildings, outbuildings and cars.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As Ukrinform reported, the Russian military dropped a bomb on the village of Khotimlya in the Kharkiv region. The Joint Forces Operation reported two wounded, and later clarified that one person was killed and one wounded as a result of the airstrike on Khotimlya.
