SBU fighters destroy nine Russian tanks, four air defense systems in past week
Special operations units from Ukraine’s Security Service in the past week engaged nine Russian tanks and four air defense systems, as well as eliminated 212 invaders.
That’s according to the SBU press service, Ukrinform reports.
"Over the course of a week, special operations units that part of the Security Service hit nine tanks, 13 armored fighting vehicles, 24 artillery and MLR systems, four air defense systems, 167 vehicles, four UAVs, 16 antennas, an automatic surveillance system, three speedboats, as well as 94 enemy positions and fortifications," the statement says.
Also, SBU fighters eliminated 212 Russian soldiers and officers.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to June 8, 2024 amounted to an estimated 517,290.
