Aviation, MLRS, and artillery: enemy shells Donetsk region 2,307 times in one day
Over the past day, June 9, Russian troops fired 2,307 times at the Donetsk region, with hits recorded in seven settlements, where 10 residential buildings were destroyed.
This was reported by the police of the Donetsk region, Ukrinform reports.
“The enemy launched 2,307 attacks on the region over the past day - from aircraft, MLRS, artillery, and drones. The Russian army shelled seven settlements: the towns of Novohrodivka, Chasiv Yar, village Kurakhivka, village Zhuravka, Novomykolaivka, Oleksandropil, and Orlivka,” the statement said.
It was noted that 10 residential buildings were damaged as a result of the shelling.
In particular, in Chasiv Yar, the Russians killed a civilian and damaged a private house.
In Novohrodivka, the invaders hit a private sector with a drone, damaging two houses.
Police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As reported, the Russian army killed a resident of the Donetsk region on June 9.
