Russian strike targets Poltava region

The Russian invasion army on Monday launched a strike targeting Myrhorod in Ukraine’s Poltava region, where at least one person was injured as a result of the attack.

That’s according to the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Filip Pronin, who broke the news via Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The sounds of explosions were heard in Poltava region. Once again, the enemy attacked our region. According to tentative reports, one civilian was injured in the Myrhorod district," Pronin wrote.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, a woman who was injured during shelling in Poltava region succumbed to her injuries in hospital.
