Russia’s manpower losses up 1,100 in past day
Russia’s total combat manpower losses in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to June 11, 2024 have amounted to an estimated 520,850, including 1,100 killed and wounded in the past day alone.
That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces also destroyed 7,902 Russian tanks (+23 in the past day), 15,176 (+32) armored fighting vehicles, 13,690 (+46) artillery systems, 1,099 (+1) multiple rocket launchers, 842 (+5) air defense systems, 359 (+1) warplanes, 326 helicopters, 11,023 (+13) operational and tactical-level UAVs, 2,278 cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, a submarine, 18,676 (+58) vehicles and fuel tankers, and 2,288 (+21) units of specialized equipment.
The latest reports on enemy losses are being verified.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Monday, June 10, a total of 81 combat encounters between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian invasion troops took place in various areas of the front, including 19 Russian assaults that were repelled in the Pokrovsk axis. Ukraine also downed a Russian Su-25 warplane.
