Zelensky: 6 people killed, 11 more injured in Russia’s strike on Kryvyi Rih

Russia’s strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih killed six people and injured 11 others.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Every day and every hour, Russian terror proves that Ukraine must strengthen its air defense with the support of our partners. A Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. As of now, 11 people were wounded and 6 were killed. My deepest condolences to the families and friends of the deceased. All necessary services are working at the site,” Zelensky noted.

He added that modern air defense systems can protect people, cities, and Ukrainian positions as much as possible. “We need them urgently,” Zelensky stressed.

As reported by Ukrinform, on June 12, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, hitting a residential sector.
