Ukraine takes down another Russian Zoopark counterbattery radar
Cyber operatives of the Security Service of Ukraine along with their colleagues from the Defense Forces used an FPV drone to locate and engage Russia’s Zoopark counterbattery radar worth $25 million.
That’s according to the SBU press office, Ukrinform reports.
"The invaders wanted to confuse the Ukrainian troops by deploying several decoys next to the well-camouflaged radar. But it did not save the Zoopark,” reads the report.
This system is quite a rare model for the enemy army. It is designed for reconnaissance and detection of artillery fire and rocket salvos.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukrainian border guards employed an FPV drone to down a Russian Zala reconnaissance drone on a mission in Ukraine’s south.
