Russians building new fortifications along Mariupol-Donetsk highway

Russian invaders are building new fortifications along the Mariupol-Donetsk highway in the area near Hranitne.

This was reported on Telegram by Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, and published a video from the site and a photo of a satellite map, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russians are building new fortifications along the Mariupol-Donetsk highway in the area where the road from Hranitne village connects to the highway," Andriushchenko wrote.

He noted that Hranitne is becoming the main logistical 'artery' for the occupiers to supply the frontline through the settlements: Volnovakha - Vuhledar - Kurakhove direction - Donetsk thanks to road and rail bridges.

As reported, the Russian invaders are turning Mariupol and the surrounding villages into a military and logistics hub.
