Man killed in Russian mortar attack on Kherson

Russian forces launched a mortar attack on Kherson on the evening of Monday, killing a man.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson region's military administration, announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russian army struck Kherson this evening. Unfortunately, there is a dead person. The body of an unidentified man was found in a park," Prokudin wrote.

According to him, the man was likely killed during mortar shelling. The consequences of the attack are being determined.
