Dnipro allocates another ₴210 million to support the Defense Forces

Deputies of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council at a meeting of the Commission on Law Enforcement agreed to increase aid to the military by 210 million hryvnias.

This was reported on Facebook by Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Ukrinform reports.

"Support for the Defense Forces has increased by 210 million hryvnias. This decision was approved by the deputies at a meeting of the Law Enforcement Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council," Lukashuk said.

According to him, the funds will be used to help the military, purchase a fire truck, protect critical infrastructure, and prepare the population for national resistance.

The chairman of the Regional Council emphasized that the budget for 2024 includes 958.5 million hryvnias to support the Defense Forces.

As reported, the Khmelnytskyi City Council has additionally allocated more than 85 million hryvnias to help the Defense Forces and support the military.
