Ukraine downs all 10 Shahed drones launched by Russia overnight Tue

On June 18, Ukraine’s air defense forces shot down all 10 Shahed-131/136-type one-way attack drones launched by Russian invaders.

That’s according to Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk, who broke the news via Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"In the early hours of Tuesday, June 18, 2024, the enemy launched 10 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type from the Primorsk-Akhtarsk region of the Russian Federation. Mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces of Ukraine and anti-aircraft warfare units of the Air Force took down all Shaheds over Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions," the commander wrote.

It should be recalled that an air raid alert went off across Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia after the Air Force spotted a group of incoming kamikaze drones.
