One killed, four injured in Russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia region
The Russian army attacked two districts in the Zaporizhzhia region yesterday, killing one civilian and injuring four others.
Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"One man was killed in enemy shelling of the Polohy district. Four people were wounded in the Polohy and Zaporizhzhia districts," he posted.
In the past day, Russian troops attacked 13 towns and villages in the Zaporizhzhia region 384 times.
The enemy launched a missile attack on the Zaporizhzhia district, and carried out six air strikes on Piatykhatky and Varvarivka (the Polohy district). 146 UAVs of various modifications attacked Huliaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Novoandriivka. 17 MLRS attacks hit Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Robotyne. The enemy also launched 214 artillery attacks on Orikhove, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Verbove, Novoandriivka, Novoivanivka, Robotyne, Levadne, Malynivka and Shcherbaky.
There were seven reports of damage caused to residential buildings.
